How is this different from using ChatGPT?

We also debate every draft across multiple AI models to block boring output before it reaches you.

Do I need to change my email tool?

No. We integrate with your existing Mailchimp, HubSpot or TouchBasePro account via OAuth or API key. Your list stays where it is. We push the campaign to your email service provider the way you would manually — it shows up in your dashboard like any other send.

What happens if I don't reply to the approval email?

Nothing for 44 hours. Then you get a reminder. At 48 hours, the newsletter sends automatically — that's the default. If you want a "gated" mode where nothing ever sends without an explicit approval, you can configure that. Either way, replying "pause all" at any time halts all future auto-sends instantly.

Can I read the AI debate?

Yes. Every debate transcript — all turns, all models, all costs, all reasoning — is stored and viewable in the portal for 7 years. You can see exactly why Draft 2 beat Draft 1 and what the Judge said.

What if I don't like the draft?

Reply to the approval email with your notes in plain English. We extract the revision brief, feed it back into the debate pipeline, and send you a new draft within 30 minutes. You can also reject a topic entirely and we'll propose a replacement slot.

How long is the contract?

Monthly rolling. You can cancel anytime. Annual plans save 15% but require a 12-month commitment. First 30 days are refundable with no questions asked if no issue has been sent through your email service provider.

Who owns the newsletter content?

You do. The content is generated using your brand context, sent from your domain via your email service provider, and stored under your account. We retain no rights to it.

Which email service providers do you support?

Mailchimp, HubSpot and TouchBasePro at launch. Campaign Monitor, SendGrid Marketing Campaigns, Everlytic and Brevo are in the V2 pipeline. If your provider isn't listed, book a demo — we'll tell you honestly where it sits on the roadmap.
